The following words used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the tk1bet website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who is using the service through a registered account on tk1bet.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any financial activity where money is placed on the outcome of a sports event or casino game.

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

To create an account and use the services on tk1bet, a user must be at least 21 years of age. By registering on the platform, the user confirms that they are 21 years of age or older and are using this service entirely of their own free will. 2.2 One Account Rule

Each user may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, tk1bet reserves the right to close them without notice and cancel any bonuses or winnings associated with those accounts. 2.3 Providing Accurate Information

4.3 Bonus Cancellation Conditions

A bonus applies only once per account. If an attempt is made to claim a bonus on multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method, all bonuses will be cancelled. tk1bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless there is a technical error in the tk1bet system. If a bet is confirmed before the user's internet connection is lost, it will be considered valid.

5.2 Multi Bet

A multi bet combines multiple selections. A win requires all selections to be correct; if any one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost. Placing three selections at decimal odds of 1.50, 1.70, and 1.80 respectively gives total odds of 1.50 × 1.70 × 1.80 = 4.59 (approximately). On a ৳100 bet, if all selections are correct, the return would be ৳459.

5.3 Event Cancellation

If a sports event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake placed on that event will be fully refunded. However, in the case of a multi bet, the cancelled selection will be removed and the bet will be restructured with the remaining selections.

5.4 Maximum Win Limit

tk1bet reserves the right to set a maximum win limit on specific games or events. This limit can be found on the relevant game page or by contacting us via live chat.

tk1bet's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback is paid on weekly net losses at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback on weekly net losses

Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses, which is total losses minus total wins for that week. For example, a Silver tier member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. Staying regularly active and increasing participation on the platform can lead to promotion to a higher VIP tier.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk1bet:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
• Using another person's identity on an account or submitting fake identity documents
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with the intent to manipulate the betting system
• Using any fraudulent payment method

If any of these rules are violated, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all pending winnings and bonuses may be forfeited.
